Hey my man I really appreciate the video as you made it really easy to figure out my 2014 Honda Civic bluetooth system.
Does it show navigation if you have it on your phone?
I just bought my car and I connected it to Bluetooth the songs play and everything but it doesn’t display the song playing .... please help

When I push the phone button I do not get the screen asking if I want to add a new phone.
Did you figure out how to do it? Mines doesnt pop up.

When you hit the 📞 button, you'll be asked if you want to connect to a phone. Select "No".
You should be presented with a list of options. Scroll down until you see "Connection" (should be towards the bottom).
The rest of the pairing process should progress as per the video.
I had problems seeing this also. On my version the Phone button is labeled as Telephone when you tap it you see the no phones connected would you like to connect to a phone? Then click No this brings up the Phone menu and you have to scroll down to Phone setup then tap Connection and press Add a new phone then I selected a new location to store the Phone. I enabled Bluetooth on my phone and the phone was able to be seen but when I pressed connect it would timeout and not display the option to enter the pairing code given by the Honda for Honda HFT. Then I tapped Phone not found? On the Honda. I then went on to the Discover Bluetooth devices on my Phone and it could finally see Honda HFT and allow me to connect to it with the pairing code the Honda provided earlier. It worked when I connected from my phone but not when connected from the Honda. This might be a compatibility issue with the Pixel devices.
Thats the kind of video i need for all my new used car. Thanks. I guess it should work with a european civic 9 hatchback 2013 right.

I have a Honda Civic 2013. I have paired my iPhone. But i try to use the apple maps and google maps. I can give my directions to Siri no problems but I can’t hear the audio for the direction. ???? Help

Hi! I got a new phone, but I can't figure out how to remove the old ones from the Bluetooth screen in order to connect the new one. I think there were only 3 slots available. Any clue on how to remove a phone? Thanks!
hello. the easiest way is to turn off any bluetooth on any paired phone nearby, turn on the car, press the phone button on the dash. when it asks if you would like to pair a new phone, select 'no' then on the next screen, scroll down. I believe you'll be able to access the setup and system clear... let me know if that works

I used to be able see the name of the song and artist through the bluetooth on my phone. Now I hear the music fine but the screen (on the car) is blank. What gives??

I paired, however, how do you sync sound to video? For example videos on RUclips dont correspond to the sound when there’s dialog. Thanks

@@AA-uq6zm nothing! I went to Honda and had it checked. It will cost 1k for me to replace a part. So they said to stick with my airpod :( lol!
@@issabelen8782 i have a 2013 civic and my Bluetooth stopped working too like I press the “phone” button and then all I see are lines like trying to look for a phone I guess but then nothing happens and that screen goes away

Hey do I have to pair the phone to the car every time u get in your car or does it connect automatically?
It pairs up automatically after you pair it the first time.
Just make sure to turn on bluetooth on your phone when you get in the car and the car will then recognize your phone and then pair automatically.

Jessica Hunter you should press phone on your car and then turn on your Bluetooth on your phone and then pair your car with your phone and you should be all set.
