- For those who are new here, HIV can make dating difficult, but it doesn't always need to be. Here's a time when my status was not shared.

School sex education in the 90's was incredibly outdated & made me uncomfortable. The std information just was awful & made you fearful to have sexual relations. It definitely helped me keep my virginity throughout school. I was graduated by almost a year!
I have been trying to combat the stigma because I have learned so much from you thank you for educating people. I recently had a friend in a panic because she found out the guy she was hooking up with was also with a girl who s HIV positive. I asked her if the girl was on treatment and she poked around and found out she was. I also reassured her by sending her some of your videos and sharing that its DL men spreading this. Of course she was negative. Then this came up in conversation the next time we all got together. One of our other friends said " when she told him she was positive we did he still decide to sleep with her that's super high risk"... man I had to clap back with all the information I learned from you I said first of all that's actually low risk!!! I said because on treatment U=U and she can't tramsit it also they used protection even lower risk for anything else. And clearly this girl is brining up sexual health beforehand so good on her. I couldn't believe what was coming out of my friends mouth because someone who is taking care of their sexual health, brining up the conversation, wearing condoms and getting tested is far safer than the person who isn't. I'm so sorry people are so stigamting I'm gona keep combating that when it arises. People really misunderstand this whole virus and it's sad. Keep doing your thing girl ❤💪🙌

I doubt it .
There are usually symptoms after exposure
How would you not get tested for STDs in 10 years that's crazy

Today do many young ppl are identifying on a spectrum of gender snd sexuality, so education is key. Predominantly straight young men are experimenting so why not let them know about prep ?

I was so happy listening to you talk about your date. It’s such a shame people, as a whole, aren’t educated in HIV treatment and how the meds basically make the virus undetectable, and when it’s undetectable you can’t spread it. (Plus you’re a female and he’s male). I’m a nurse and you wouldn’t believe how many nurses still don’t know this. You and this guy could have a great relationship but I know there’s probably a little fear wondering if you tell him how he will react. Maybe he’s one of the few who understands

I’m actually not afraid for him to know, but it still felt pointless to bring it up. He wasn’t sharing his medical information so no point in me sharing mine. And yes, most nurses don’t know this unless they work specifically with HIV patients. Thank you for listening! ❤️❤️❤️

Hey please provide some details when your hiv test is get positive because I did PCR test at 21th day and 41th day fourth gen test and 93rd day ECLIA test and 150 th day antibody test negative but for past five months I have gerd like symptoms it create some injuries in my throat and I am suffered by fever for 3;days before 5 months but now I have salivary duct infection and gerd please share ur thought about this .I take lot of antibiotics for past few months so that I got tongue thrush also due to thrush my salivary duct got infected may be ?😢
