I wished they would have shown Susan actually doing that in a movie but it probably would have been too graphic. That line also implies that she must have done it before offscreen so with that it raises questions like how she found out she could do that and who did she do that on. Alternatively, she's never done it before and it could have just been an empty threat that seems possible for her to do. I've put too much thought into this 😅
