how does someone contact ALDI customer service , they dont wonder why

I googled it and found an answer!
"Aldi doesn't allow its customers to call the stores because, just like with the shopping carts and grocery bagging, it would require extra manpower."
But I also found this-
"You're welcome to bring it back to one of our stores with your receipt and within 60 days for a full refund or replacement. If that doesn't do the trick or you can't make it back in, give us a ring on 0800 042 0800"
