Yes to this!!! I know a family vlogger whose video of her daughter being born and other newborn videos ended up being discovered on a p*rn site and had MILLIONS of views... It is truly sickening just how perverse and evil some people are, and no matter how carefully you display children on the internet, they are never truly safe. This is one of the main reasons I have removed all videos and pictures of my toddlers from all my social media and just directly send pics and videos to family and friends that I want to see them. This is a very real and very prevalent thing and we absolutely need to protect our kids.
The wild youth question!!! My husband and I have been together since 16/17 years old. We never went to parties, didn't have desire to hang out at bars, etc. We either spent time at home watching movies and having a good meal, thrifting together, or going to a family birthday party. We've only been with each other too. People always said "don't you want to experience this or that" and we both have always felt like we haven't missed out on anything and have enjoyed life together and growing together.

I follow Crystal Tara, she is a mother of 4 kids, but now that they are older she does vloga about lifestyle and decor and she is pretty sucessfull. RE: kitchen - it has great bones. I would paint the cabinets properly, prep them correctly & they will come up lovely painted. Replace countertop it will feel like a new kitchen for a couple hundred dollars. I’m also sure you could reach out to a company to sponsor it so it will be even cheaper / free.
You could still be ovulating and not getting your period while breastfeeding! So it’s super important to be protected if you don’t want surprises 😬 I didn’t get mine until 10.5 months postpartum

I never was a party person Or going out if I do it small like going To the farmers market , going out to eat with a friend or my husband or for coffee I’m 21 married and soon to be mom people do judge me for this but everything was Through God and it’s given me comfort
I never enjoyed the "college life" either. I much prefer smaller groups of people where I can really get to know those around me. I feel like you make much more meaningful friendships and meaningful memories that way. From my little experience with college parties etc, all I saw were people participating in things that could potentially hurt them for life. People have this idea that the college experience (i.e doing whatever you want, whenever you want) is a must or you'll regret wasting your youth, but I wonder how much of all that people regret later in life (even if they never admit it).
I’m 23, engaged now and we’re ttc starting in a few days ☺️ I never cared for parties, I got my share of going out and doing dumb stuff 19-21 and I didn’t want much more. I also got my period back 7 weeks PP. I know y’all have gotten pregnant quickly each time you’ve tried so you’re probably very fertile, we also immediately got pregnant when we tried. I think some people’s bodies are just ready to get pregnant at any time! A blessing but also a little scary lol.
When my daughter was 18 months we were still exclusively breastfeeding I found out I was pregnant with my son. I had no idea because my period never came! So it was nice to not have my period for a GOOD minute.
I'm pregnant with my first & for some reason don't feel the need to read any pregnancy or parenting books. If there's something I'm concerned about I will look up that particular thing but otherwise I want to take each day as it comes & do what feels right (natural instinct) for me & my child, & not what books/others tell me should be doing & then stressing about it when it isn't the same as they say. glad you did what's best for Winston. Working at a shelter I can tell you that the number of pets cast aside after their owners start having children. They drop them back of where they got them from more often than people who got pets as Christmas presents for someone, and that's to say something. I think many people understand superficially that bringing an animal into your family is a responsibility for the duration of that animals life but it's very easy to get rid of them no big deal once they don't fit into the family anymore. I am very glad that you took the time to find a loving family with Winston who will hopefully keep him forever. It shows that you didn't just ignore your responsibility for his wellbeing and you made sure he was well cared for, and has everything he needs. I know that you wouldn't have made this decision if it hadn't been the best for him.
Hi Delilah, I've been watching you videos for about 4-5 months and been loving your videos. I have to tell you that we had our daughter 3 months ago and we decided that I would choose our girl's first name and he would choose her middle name and he came up with Delilah:D!! so when he told me, the day of our induction, I thought "wow, I actually know a Delilah and she's lovely" so her name is Hazel Delilah.

I knew it from the beginning that he was rehomed, once he was gone from videos and pictures on IG. If there was a different reason for it, we would have gotten an answer much earlier. I'm surprised by how little comments are on the topic of Winston. It probably shows the type of viewers, who are very comfortable with the idea of pets being replaceable and removable. And I think it's unfair to the viewers to not say why the cat was such a problem. It's not that they are struggling financially or mentally (as they get their strength from God..), and I think it's shame to admit that the cat was being uncomfortable. At least, I'm happy that they have found a good (hopefully) forever home for him. I know, that there are some valid reasons for rehoming a pet, but in this case I'm just sadly disappointed.
She most likely did not share sooner due to the judgement that would be thrown at her online. Rehoming a pet is not an easy choice but a necessary one if the pet is uncomfortable and suffering in a home. She did the responsible thing by taking the time to find a proper home for him. Where as most would just drop him off at a shelter. Rehoming a pet does not mean a person thinks that a pet is replaceable ( however there are plenty who do think that don't get me wrong, people are awful) but she mentioned he was unhappy and it was causing the cat health issues. By finding a safe space, he is able to recover and live a comfortable life.
We once had a dog that we really liked but after we moved we had to regime him because he was depressed and refused to eat. It is actually a sign of sense that they didn’t try to force him to be content in their new home. Sometimes we have to make hard decisions!❤️
I just want to say thank you for filming your NICU experience. When you first posted it I thought you were exaggerating the feelings but when my baby was born at 36 weeks 4 days I found a lot of comfort in those videos. We have been able to come home from the NICU now even though she is still on oxygen at home. Anyway I just want to say thank you for those videos it helped me a lot!
My husband is my rock at times I get so overwhelmed and he can see it sometimes before I can. He will do the corse I dislike the most like laundry and dishes. Sometimes I’ll come home and the whole house is clean.

Because we homeschooled it made it even easier for her to smoothly transition my curriculums & focus on different things that aligned with my current interests! Like for a while I was obsessed with presidents especially Abraham Lincoln & Teddy Roosevelt (he has an amazing biography btw!) So that year (and the next) we focused mostly on history, Presidents, Abraham Lincoln’s & Teddy Roosevelt’s lives! Then later it was Herbalism, Foraging, Art, Nursing, midwifery, ect. I'm glad Winston is OK and doing well in his new home! Our male cat has had one bout of stress cystitis and it was awful. Both our cats do well with our kid but it took a lot of work to teach her how to behave appropriately around them, and is still a work in progress. Interestingly, our female cat, who was a mom and foster mom before being rescued and spayed, is better able to take our daughter's nonsense in stride!

glad you did what's best for Winston. Working at a shelter I can tell you that the number of pets cast aside after their owners start having children. They drop them back of where they got them from more often than people who got pets as Christmas presents for someone, and that's to say something. I think many people understand superficially that bringing an animal into your family is a responsibility for the duration of that animals life but it's very easy to get rid of them no big deal once they don't fit into the family anymore.
I am very glad that you took the time to find a loving family with Winston who will hopefully keep him forever. It shows that you didn't just ignore your responsibility for his wellbeing and you made sure he was well cared for, and has everything he needs. I know that you wouldn't have made this decision if it hadn't been the best for him.
Hi Delilah, I've been watching you videos for about 4-5 months and been loving your videos. I have to tell you that we had our daughter 3 months ago and we decided that I would choose our girl's first name and he would choose her middle name and he came up with Delilah:D!! so when he told me, the day of our induction, I thought "wow, I actually know a Delilah and she's lovely" so her name is Hazel Delilah.

I knew it from the beginning that he was rehomed, once he was gone from videos and pictures on IG. If there was a different reason for it, we would have gotten an answer much earlier. I'm surprised by how little comments are on the topic of Winston. It probably shows the type of viewers, who are very comfortable with the idea of pets being replaceable and removable. And I think it's unfair to the viewers to not say why the cat was such a problem. It's not that they are struggling financially or mentally (as they get their strength from God..), and I think it's shame to admit that the cat was being uncomfortable. At least, I'm happy that they have found a good (hopefully) forever home for him. I know, that there are some valid reasons for rehoming a pet, but in this case I'm just sadly disappointed.
She most likely did not share sooner due to the judgement that would be thrown at her online. Rehoming a pet is not an easy choice but a necessary one if the pet is uncomfortable and suffering in a home. She did the responsible thing by taking the time to find a proper home for him. Where as most would just drop him off at a shelter. Rehoming a pet does not mean a person thinks that a pet is replaceable ( however there are plenty who do think that don't get me wrong, people are awful) but she mentioned he was unhappy and it was causing the cat health issues. By finding a safe space, he is able to recover and live a comfortable life.
We once had a dog that we really liked but after we moved we had to regime him because he was depressed and refused to eat. It is actually a sign of sense that they didn’t try to force him to be content in their new home. Sometimes we have to make hard decisions!❤️

I just want to say thank you for filming your NICU experience. When you first posted it I thought you were exaggerating the feelings but when my baby was born at 36 weeks 4 days I found a lot of comfort in those videos. We have been able to come home from the NICU now even though she is still on oxygen at home. Anyway I just want to say thank you for those videos it helped me a lot!

My husband is my rock at times I get so overwhelmed and he can see it sometimes before I can. He will do the corse I dislike the most like laundry and dishes. Sometimes I’ll come home and the whole house is clean.

Watching when you were talking about ballet & Eloise. (And how her interest might change) Made me think of how grateful I am that my mom always encouraged my ever changing interests. Because we homeschooled it made it even easier for her to smoothly transition my curriculums & focus on different things that aligned with my current interests! Like for a while I was obsessed with presidents especially Abraham Lincoln & Teddy Roosevelt (he has an amazing biography btw!) So that year (and the next) we focused mostly on history, Presidents, Abraham Lincoln’s & Teddy Roosevelt’s lives! Then later it was Herbalism, Foraging, Art, Nursing, midwifery, ect. It was an amazing childhood and I will always cherish it! I am so glad that you are paying attention to her interests and helping her to pursue them! 🥰❤️ I love watching your family grow together!

Hey Delilah, or any mother in the comments, I have a question. I just found our today that I'm pregnant with my husband and I first child. I wasn't expecting and now I don't l know what to do. I'm really happy but I'm also scared because pregnancy scares me. I have so much respect for you being able to have children and stay strong and fearless. Do you think I can do that too? I never really saw myself as a mother but staring down at the pregnancy test it still feels unreal. I can't help but feel anxious and happy at the same time. Amy advice helps. I'm glad Winston is OK and doing well in his new home! Our male cat has had one bout of stress cystitis and it was awful. Both our cats do well with our kid but it took a lot of work to teach her how to behave appropriately around them, and is still a work in progress. Interestingly, our female cat, who was a mom and foster mom before being rescued and spayed, is better able to take our daughter's nonsense in stride!

That is all moms before taking a video or before taking a photo 😅 Im praying with you on you devotion time! It really hard to have that quite time to give your all to God. But Im sure you’ll find that time again. I have three kids too, 7, 5 and 1 1/2 yrs old and really the best time is very early in the AM. I still struggle to be consistent with it and I can really see the difference. But just remember, God will meet right were you are at this season of your life and you will surely be blessed… God bless you and the family. MUCH LOVE ❤️
