I just escaped an extremely abusive relationship and this song just popped up out of nowhere. I've had such profound things that have happened since I've truly opened my eyes to the signs God has sent me to let me know he is TRULY there even through the WORST times. Fighting depression and anxiety is definitely no joke. Everyday it feel like my last and I don’t know how much longer I can fight this battle 😔🥺 This song is much needed 😔 All I have is prayer and faith but I’m breaking down daily 😢🥺😢
Hey there. I know that this is late and I hope that you are better, but if you aren’t, and if you aren’t then don’t feel ashamed. I’ve been through both and am still fighting.
Everyday does feel hard, and death seems to make more since then life especially when you feel like “WILL IT EVER GET BETTER!?!?!”

Hold on and take it day by day. People make make you feel like you need to “Hurry up” and “Get over it.” But they don’t know the hell that Anxiety and depression puts you through and how it’s a fight just to get out of bed.
Find some scriptures on Anxiety and depression such as Philippians 4:6-7 and write them down on note cards. when you feel anxious pray these over yourself. That’s honestly what gave me the strength to keep going. It may feel like you have to keep doing every hour at first, but it gets better.

I had to let him go and give him to God. I met him when he was 19 teen. I know God has a plan for his life. I really want to be his wife again, but even if that never happens as long as he gives his life to the Lord, then that is the most important. He leaves the 99 to get the one. God has been good to me, He has been a good husband the last almost 8 yrs. I am in need of nothing, and I know I am the Apple of my Lord and Saviors eye. Wonderful to hear this song again. so glad my mom found this song for me..."i was literally hanging on by a thread"....this song so explains how I feel..and after my mom heard this song she said i understand how you feel now....I was diagnosed with stage four cancer in april...my mom prayed for a miracle...and it is here...i have done three and a half months of chemo and my pet scan came back responding to the treatment...and I believe the miracle is here also...God is awesome...to give lecrae and kelly the words to write this song....it has saved my sanity when i was in a dark place...because i can't give up!

The line that says "fear drives faith" was an eye opener. If we are always comfortable, we will tell ourselves that we don't need to trust God because we've been good this far. Sometimes God will put us in an uncomfortable position so that we trust Him. And we need to recognize when we are in those positions or we might get angry or depressed. And this may not be your situation. You could be going through something so hard I couldn't even start to have a comment on it but this could be you and if it is "fight a little longer"

My Dad died late last year after 6 years of dementia clouding his mind over more and more each day. He died in his sleep. I know his mind is now whole with The Lord. This song "found me" at that time and like many others - became my jam during a really tough time. When Lecrae raps his "lamentation" it gives voice to my struggles. When Tori's vocals chime in its like God's speaking to each of us individually in such a powerful way. I bawl my eyes out when I hear this song. Peace all.

This is one of my go to songs whenever I'm going through a tough time. I lost my brother, then my mother in law, then my dad, then my father in law. My baby is fighting a rare cancerous brain tumor and she had a near death experience yesterday morning, but God brought her back to me. I am so very thankful and grateful. Other than losing loved ones, I've been through SO much in my life. God is SO good and I am so grateful for everything. One day I am going to share my story and it's going to help motivate, inspire, help, give hope, etc. to so many beautiful souls. I just want whoever to know that everything will be okay. I know it's easier said then done to not give up and keep going, but I promise you it is worth it. Everything happens for a reason even if you don't like it. You healing and becoming the best version of yourself is such an amazing experience/journey. You deserve and owe it to yourself to be the reason why you were created in the 1st place. Stay optimistic/positive. Don't let the negative ones get to you. Let God handle your haters/enemies. ALWAYS walk by faith and NOT by sight. EVERYTHING is going to be okay. You got this!;)
We gotta start loving God's children more. When we think of others, God will always make sure that we don't need to be selfish and fearful that our needs and wants won't get fulfilled. But our God is pure love and love denies itself Because love loved to love! Lol An we are made in the image of God and are his most precious diamonds things of his. So god loves to love us and to take care of us. Hes a Good Good father!

I was on meth and a junky. I hit my knees and cried out with every ounce in my soul. Jesus stops in his tracks to deliver me from mine. 2 weeks later I was off the tip. I was still smoking it , on weed , pills everything. I was in a extremely abusive relationship. I had my earbuds in and this song came on and the Holyghost wrapped his arms around me and I stared to cry and I knew what it was because I am a prodigal. I stood on my bed and threw both hands up. I don't know why I stood up on my bed but what I do know is Jesus was there. And I knew he was coming to get me. And HE DID. BUT GOD..... ❤❤❤❤
