How to Meditate
Anapanasati Meditation is very simple.
Sit in a relaxed posture (anywhere on a chair or floor), close your eyes, cross your fingers and legs and observe the nature flow of your incoming and outgoing breath.
No chanting of mantras, no visualization, our Breath is our Guru.
Be with your natural breath.
ध्यान करने की विधि:-
आनापानसति ध्यान करना अत्यंत सरल एवं सहज हैं|
किसी भी सुखासन में बैठें| बैठना आरामदायक होना चाहिए| हाथों-पैरों को क्रॉस करें और आँखेें बंद करके अपने स्वाभाविक आती जाती स्वांस सजगता पूर्वक महसूस करें| कोई भी मंत्र जाप न करें... स्वांस की गति में किसी भी प्रकार का परिवर्तन नहीं लाना हैं... मान में जब भी विचार उठे तो पुनः अपनी स्वास को महसूस करें|
जब मन विचार शून्य हो जाता है तो विशव ऊर्जा हमारे शरीर में प्रवेश करती है जिससे हम समपूर्ण सवास्थ्य, विचारों में स्पष्टता, आनंदमय जीवन और आत्मिक विकास की अवस्था को प्राप्त कर लेते हैं| About PMC Hindi:
