I always love ‘Traveling’ with Robert, I feel as though I have really been there and seen sights that I would never see if not for you taking us here in RUclips world along with you. Thank You!!!!!!!!! 👏👏👏👏🥰👀
I have lived in Georgia for 38 years and never saw the Canyon. It's really Beautiful. I lived in North Georgia and did not see as much of South Georgia. I have retired in South Florida too now on the Treasure Coast.
Whenever I watch an episode I also have Google maps at hand to compare it again, where it is and a lot more of that interesting kind of thing, nice to look back like that. Thanks Robert !
We just did the same trip to florence marina and the little grand canyon. The heat was brutal. Loved omaha brewing company. Wish we would have visited the canyon on a weekday because it was extremely crowded on the weekend.
Thanks for another adventure to a place I didn't know existed. One of my favorite places to visit in Georgia is Callaway Gardens, especially when the Florida State University circus performers are there putting on shows. Good tip on Harry's Razors; I get mine at Target.
Gooooood morning Robert! I'm on my 2020 roadtrip myself...in Montrose Colorado at the moment., drove down into the Black Canyon of the Gunnison yesterday. Pretty spectacular! Love the sound of crickets and (cicadas?) on your hike into the canyon. And let me tell you -- you're not the only one who needs to get back into shape! I've gained more than a few pounds since the lockdown orders went into effect. t's especially noticeable the Rockies when you're used being at sea level. Happy trails!

Been using Harry’s Razors for 3 or 4 years. Great products for a good close shave. The KOA in Tifton looks nice & convenient. There’s a lot of restaurants & gas stations at exit 62 with the easiest on / off ramp I’ve found on I-75 between Cincinnati & Miami. In fact the southbound off ramp takes you right into the Chick FilA & a gas station without any turns.
Big Jim Slade yep, I have stopped many times in Tifton as sort of the halfway point between Tampa and going to North Georgia. I’ve also frequented that Starbucks across the street from the Chick-fil-A and the gas station quite a few times in the last 16 years!
Hi brother Robert, the song you sang " Georgia on my mind' the state song was written by Hoagy Carmichael not for the State of Georgia, but for his sister, Georgia. Ray Charles made the song a major hit in 1960 with his unforgettable rendition.
I didn't realize this place existed. It's beautiful. Sedona is what come to my mind, as well. We haven't visited Georgia yet. Seems there's a bit to see in that state. We gotta get there one day!
Great video. I will be checking out some of the great places in Georgia in the near future, as well as some sightseeing in the southwestern states of the USA. You have some wonderful videos, and very informative. Thanks for sharing your trips with us. Greetings from central Florida (Leesburg). Have a wonderful day. I used to live in Miami, BTW, near the Metro Zoo, for 24 years. Worked at Baptist Hospital and Homestead Hospital. Moved to central FL in 2004. :)
Hey what's up Robert another wonderful Adventure can't wait to see the next one keep up the good work God bless you on your road trip lots Love from Pocatello Idaho
LOL “somebody left their ‘CHANCLETAS ’ “ sounded just like something I (or anyone else here in Miami) would say!!!! You can take the Cuban out of Miami but you can’t take the Miami out of the Cuban! 😂😂😂😂😂 I just wonder if anyone else finds that comment as entertaining as I did... Thanks for your awesome, enjoyable videos!
Pardon my age - revealing ignorance, but would someone pls explain how to participate in theFriday evening live streams? I don’t know where to click!😊oh wait! That’s right, I have a teenager at home: I should probably ask her!!!
@@eleanormassaro5195 LOL it's so funny at our house b/c since our daughter is more "Americanita" (if tha's even possible here in Miami) we call them "Chanclets" or "Chanks" hahahahaha
Hi Robert, I love your videos. The Halloween stuff you saw on the trail is basically the "haunted hayride" decorations they must have left. A lot of farms, property management companies with lots of land, and other people with land do it every year around Halloween.
I used to go camping there in high school! My uncle used to live right down the road from the main entrance. Robert, I hope you buy land in north Georgia. It is really beautiful there, and I'll come buy you an IPA!
Scotty E from the A Blairsville, Ga is one of my happy places in North Georgia! Been visiting up there since 2004. I’ll be back up there end of October! Woohoo! Can’t wait!😁
Interesting hikes, thoughts of the Blair Witch movie kept popping into my head, lol. In all seriousness, be careful where you go on your own. My sister and I became separated from our group while hiking in Arizona. A half hour that seemed an eternity in the near-dark. Not a good feeling. Stay on the trails, be safe, Robert!
Hello Traveling Robert😊! Where, are the Pelicans! Fly Pelicans! Providence Canyon is very interesting and beautiful. It looks like Sedona hidden in the trees. Looking forward to the next video in Alabama...Sweet Home Alabama🎸🎸🎸! I have so much family in Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi. Great video Robert😊!
I drive by Providence Canyon on way to/from Florida all the time and have never camped there. Great video. Your channel inspired me to start our channel back up. Hope to see you on the road soon. Safe Travels.
I live about 1 1/2 hour drive from providence canyon . I remember as a child going before all the trees took over and you could see all the way across. Hate they closed West Ville
29:11 Ooh, you were inside a rainbow! If you had driven just a minute or two, you would have seen it. Sun at your back, rain in front, clear sky above = rainbow.
Wow! That is one of the most beautiful canyons i have ever seen! I'm adding this one to the list! Georgia really does look so pretty...I really want to visit there now...i also want to go to rock city in Georgia...you should check that place out...it's kinda touristy but looks so cool and beautiful
Great video Robert! The scenery there is so beautiful, the Georgian Grand Canyon, as you call it, is quite breathtaking, but I can't blame you for wanting to leave the heat. I mean, that's why you travel away from Florida during the summer months right? Thanks for sharing, God Bless, and safe travels!❤️👍👍🥵
Interesting fact: California also has a 'Little Grand Canyon'! It is the northern boundary to Paradise, the town that burned to the ground 2 years ago!
Impresionante las vistas del cañón, gracias por llevarnos contigo. Por otra parte, menuda caminata, pensaba todo el rato llevará agua, verdad?. Se notaba el esfuerzo que hacías. Un saludo 👋🏼
If you’ve not been there, you need to check out Natural Bridge State Park and Red River Gorge in eastern Kentucky. We are heading out in a few weeks on a road trip to Cumberland Falls and Cumberland Gap, then into VA. Taking the Blue Ridge Parkway from Wytheville VA to Cherokee NC. Should be a good fall color adventure
If you go there, don’t miss getting a pizza from Miguel’s in Slade KY. My maternal grandmother’s family was from that part of Kentucky so I’m a little partial to that area
Hey Robert, are you ok out there. Waiting on episode 8 little river canyon and cloud land canyon. That’s about thirty minutes from my house. Wish we’d known you was that close. Hope all is well my friend.

Saludos de Rio de Janeiro - Br. - Ah ! muchos Norte Americanos pensan que aqui en Brasil se habla español, y no el Português. Loving your videos! What cameras are you using on the outside of your RV? I would love to get that view on mine. Also, we just came home from staying at cloudland. We loved it. Next time is DeSoto.
I've always wondered what the chrome thing is that you always have buckled up in the back seat? Storage for equipment? snacks? I noticed in on the table in the trailer this time too. Just looks like a passenger along for the ride. Put a smiley face on it and give it a name! Another great video!
Beautiful area. Thanks for the great video Robert. I am in the Tampa, FL area and may head up that way to camp. In your opinion would 2 days be enough time to adequately explore the canyon area? I watched a Georgia State Park video which said they lose 3-5 feet of the canyon to the weather every year so those contemporary petroglyphs should self erase. LOL
Thank you to making it possible to seeing that☺️ 😊 It was such a pleasant surprise to see a micro Grand Canyon in Georgia..TYSVM!

Out of shape, nonsense, anybody would be sweating in that heat in that hike. We appreciate your work 👍🏾
Robert, thanks for fighting the summer heat to show us the Georgia Grand Canyon. Been there but never walked down in it.
Looking forward to the DeSoto video. That's our favorite campground. We love that entire area. Hope you enjoyed your visit. Safe travels!
