Private school teachers are getting less salary but they are getting very loads of work ,apart from teaching they have to do other activity work but then also they are paid very less salary.this is not fair for private teachers,they are also teaching the students the best like other government teacher.i No salary ,no future for teachers,only respect we get . proud be a teacher

Ma'am today was my first demo teaching in life. The institution had told me to prepare text of ICSE 8/ 9 and a drama Julius Caesar of class IX. . My preparation was so very well. But today, when I was about to start the demo on that drama, the principal suddenly told me to give an explaination of an unknown poem. I was totally blank. I was trembling in front of everyone. I know my demo was not good at all.. They did not give me 2 mintues to think at least. 😔😔😔😔😔
Are you a fresher teacher dear ? Interviewers usually do this to see your experience... If a teacher can explain the poem means she knows her content well and has taught atleast for 3 years then they will take experienced teacher only :)

Individual is always better... There can be kids or there can be teachers only you have to be prepared for both situations 🙂
