i think when kawaki gets his limiters removed there is a chance he will be as strong as isshiki especially when he access his true essence karma because he would have access to all of isshiki battle experience and power. and kawaki is a better vessel than jigen so he may be able to use isshiki full power. but if not at least isshiki that fought baryonemode Naruto. and saying kawaki will be strong as isshiki at this point might not be a stretch since a lot of characters are making an above jigen threat look like a joke.
