I just got an FM3 and the stock presets sound fantastic right out of the box. But I run into issue with preset #120 Still Blue. Whenever I play at frets 12 to 15, the volume will roll off automatically, like how yours did at 13:15 to 13:17. It happens to every guitar I own, so I'm very sure is not my guitar issue. I wonder what is the cause and how to fix it. I like this preset.
I've listened to it a few times and I hear what you mean. It's only on the D and G strings though, right? It's very subtle, but audible. I don't think it's the preset. I rather think it comes from the always slightly curved fingerboard. This makes the D and G strings a little further away from the pickups. Let me test it later. You can also send me your file. #4 14:02 Knaggs Kenai T2
