Thank you for such an amazingly honest & thorough review. I've had the brush pens for ages but never seemed to get them to blend nicely. You've just explained why, I had been letting the colour dry for too long!

Very interesting to see your use of the pens, you have loads of patience and the finished flowers are beautiful.

Hello Sam, Thank you for the review and demo. I have this set waiting for me upon my return to the states so it was most interesting to watch your review today. It will save me a lot of experimenting and time! Love the cards and always enjoy your posts so much. Blessings... Diana O from Colorado USA

Thank you so much for the review. I'm a new subbie and currently working my way through your videos lol. So glad to have found this one as I've just been bought the set of 97 ( I think it's 97,98 ???) and didn't really know how to use them. Your demo was very informative, again, Thank you :)

Thanks for the tutorial review - I’ve had the set for months and couldn’t figure out how to blend with water... and the water brush seems to leak all over the place. I’ll try again! Fantastic and thorough review !

I purchased the same 48 pen set and found I really needed to play with them to figure out how to best use them. I prefer using a paintbrush over the water brush. I have also had better results with Bristol smooth watercolor paper.

I have the pens and have been afraid to use them. I'm not much of a colorist. Now maybe I'll get brave. Thanks for the encouragement and inspiration.

Thanks so much for the review Sam. I do think it's important to say these work great on watercolor paper, and is very difficult to get blends on a Neenah 300gsm paper. Which is predominantly what I stamp on for cards. If you purchase a product from them and are not satisfied, They try to give you credit in the store vs your money back. If you insist however the product quality is not what you were wanting, and you want the refund so you can go and purchase another brand, they will finally refund your money in a few days. I just wanted you to be aware of that. 😍

Hi Karla, I don't use Neenah, I did say to use watercolour paper and I used the 300 gsm Arteza watercolour paper in the video which I shared and I'm happy with :)
