Hey Ethan thanks for that share. I bought a tug from banggood for a rescue boat for my miss geico 36" but it really didnt have much power as I thought it would. So I just saw this today and said that would be a great rescue boat bc of the power it has and also for just cruising around the new price at $249 is a bit steep for it but I picked it up. The battery compartment wasnt really thought out good by horizon and that needs to be fixed. Thanks for the share and I subbed to your channel thanks again!!
@@ExtremeRC4x4 once again horizon did a terrible job with the battery compartment and had to do some mods to get it to sit more center otherwise it would tilt to one side. terrible job on horizons part.

This is my jump into the fray of RC Hobbies. I just bought this boat. Do you recommend that type of battery because it's a really good battery or is it convenient for you because it's the type of battery your other boats and cars use?
byteblock1 Great purchase! I use Lipo batteries because the voltage drops slower than other batteries. I use this size battery because I already have multiple of them and it saves me from having to buy more. Let me know if you have any other questions! Thanks for watching!

You can do a weathering paint job to cover the scratches and give it a more realistic look; I definitely change the remote for a 6-channel one
I have not considered doing that yet, would look pretty cool though!

That boat needs to be weathered,so scratches are no big deal , it needs to be like it’s been through a war

Brother the cockpit lifts out lol!!!!! It doesn't go through the turret hole.
That't the only way I found I could get my giant batteries into this boat. I might have to look for some more options, Thanks for watching!
if you put a servo in the turrent wont that get in the way of you putting the battery that way

No it does not have the reverse cups on the jets that would allow it to have reverse
They put in the water with a helicopter actually drop from 10 to 15 feet to the water
