There are no accidental pregnancies, and everyone has a god given right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. This includes the unborn. If people can social distance to prevent a cold, they can social distance to prevent pregnancies and every STD out there.

As for the question, yes, once a woman, always a woman. Once a man, always a man. Whatever happened to "born this way" anyway? I feel sorry for all the mentally unstable and depressed people, but mutilating yourself will only worsen your situation. Accept who you are and change your spirit, not your body. Currently, the medical industry is exploiting this particular group of vulnerable people who, if they speak out, will be met with all the hatred in the world when really they should be helped to recover from their mistake. I'd 40% too if I was coaxed into mutilation without proper after care, and nothing but hatred from those who once supported me. It's absolutely dreadful.
