Nice video as always. Would it be possible to put the date or just the month the race was in the title? I get a bit confused and thought I'd missed a race somehow but after seeing the course think it was 3 or 4 months ago. I guess I could google it but I'm just lazy.
I'm not sure. I didn't have a power meter on all bikes and we changed every lap. But if gues the normalized power would be up at around my FTP, maybe 320 Watts. The power would be very up and down though because of the climbs and descents

Always good to have a spare. If one is muddy or gets damaged. We ride with one in practice and one in the race
