I Feel you, 46 multi from the anniversary, 30 on part 1 got Roger and 2x luffy, and currently at 16 multion shanks banner, didnt got him
This has to be rigged because he is a content creator or something. I had to go up to 23 multis to get usopp and I didn't even get nami corina which was the legend I was pulling for.

@@BestKeptSecret18 It could be, everything is possible, but i still doubt it. We can check all his previous pulls and see if he is so much lucky to justify the rigged accusation
@@maringlenkovaci6727 Yea I know it's just a "conspiracy theory" but ever since Bandai rigged rates for whales in another Gacha game, I will remain sceptical when it comes to those topics. We can never tell for sure, but it definitely feels like it.
I decided to do one multi as well, since I always do one to try to get Nami/Carina, but ended up getting Usopp. Still gonna play in East Blue though, because fck this game

I did one discounted multi and got Usopp. Now I'm gonna save cuz I get the distinct feeling we're going to be getting a Nami unit soon, possible followed by Chopper, Robin, etc. Unless they're sticking only to East Blue. Or maybe they just won't and I'll be very dissapointed.

On my tablet the only top teir character all I had was
