Keyboard shortcuts can really save time. Here are some of my premiere pro shortcuts K (add edit) Alt+Numpad+ (nest) Ctrl+alt+C (render and replace) Ctrl+Numpad7 (replace with ae comp) Ctrl+Shift+E (reveal in project) Ctrl+shift+R (reveal in explorer) Ctrl+E (edit original) G (audio gain) Ctrl+R (speed/duration) F9 (easy ease)

1. Explain to me why I can’t render and replace nested clips. Sooooo stupid. 2. I need to nest my clips so I can use warp stabilizer and speed on the same clips. 3. Proxies don’t work work with warp stabilizer unless you you nest them after stabilizing. I shoot 10 bit 4k h.264. For me just transcoding everything to prores before even touching the footage fixes most of my issues minus #2. I have a 14700k + 4070ti.
Would love to see a 2024 edition video explaining the bare minimum specs on a PC to video edit properly and then medium and high in specs mentioned at the end
Another tip is to buy an MMO gaming mouse like the razer naga. It allows you to have 12 shortcuts on the mouse itself. Really speeds up the editing process!
Your videos are so easy to learn and very helpful for us. I am facing a problem when I try to edit iPhone 15 + video editing in premiere pro.. Vdos r just blown out.. and at the time of exporting also blown out the final vdo. Plz suggest what to do..
I love how the sponsor is a keyboard with a shortcuts overlay, and then he shows how to customize quick keys 😉 That's the main reason I've never used one of those keyboards, I have way to many custom quick keys for the overlay to be useful. But they would definitely be good for ppl starting out.

I can't seem to find Delete Media Cache shortcut. I searched it on keyboard shortcuts but nothing came up. Can anyone find it?
Any reason why a speed ramp can’t be saved as a preset? I get the option, but not the following screen to set name and in or out point.
