It's pretty easy to distract goob and scraps on their own or with non MC Twisteds, small isle and sprint when you feel like they're going to shoot, once you get used to it you can even just stop moving at certain points to attract their aggro all over again.
You're gonna encounter the most devious and pure evil mfs ever as Goob like I just saw a Cosmo refuse to heal Goob on 1 when Cosmo was on 3 hearts and he did nothing for the team...
I was the goob, I REALLY wanted to kill cosmo.

i main goob, so here's a few tips on distracting:
When panic mode activates, ALWAYS have a chocolate on you. The 10% speed boost may help a little bit.
Its possible to distract goob/scraps with any other twisted on you. Just bait out their attacks while having the other twisted chase you. Looping around islands is ESSENTIAL.
the only twisted you should avoid distracting is pebble, for obvious reasons.
But if youre feeling a little risky you can try to distract him, if you have a speed item on.
You don't need chocolate in panic mode unless the Twisteds are that sparsely spread apart, you outrun every twisted in the game apart from Pebbles in Panic timer, nothing that a single Supression card can't fix. What you want is more Bottle of Pops and Medkits and leave the Box of Chocolates to slower Extractors like Vee and Shelly (Who will always use Participation + Magnifying Glass).
This part is correct.
You can distract pebbles without taking a hit and running much, hug the wall of an isle that's jagged, sprint every now and then while walking if you can, Twisted Pebbles will always go around the isle slower than you can unless you screw up hugging the isle. You can even do it with double pebbles, all you need to do is let another distractor distract the other twisteds so that they don't interfere.
The biggest killer for every distractor is really Vee, kiting him while dealing with other Toodles, Shelly, and other MCs or Snipers is atrocious, you can however deal with Sprout + Vee relatively easily though as long as you take straight lines most of the time. This is where Astro and Tisha become valuable.

Right when this video dropped, i was in a match with two goobs, WHICH BOTH WOULDNT DISTRACT. they got a shrimpo and boxten killed and then one left, and the other got jumped by poppy and shrimpo (karma)

Heya cyberhaptic i got a tip for GOOB! best trinkets are speedy shoes you can get in the shop and dog plush you can get it from get 100 on twisted toodles! always wait for the last toon to get in the elevator because the last toons might be late or slow so always keep a eye out on the toons in the elevator Tip 2 brightney glisten shrimpo and vee these toons should not be near you because the twisteds might go after them than you so always keep an eye out for these toons and twisted shrimpo can see better than any twisted so they go after them faster and don't be near the toons doing machines go around something in a place where most of the other toons wont be at like the broken elevator many of toons wont be there only for machines! Tip Done bye!

I’m not kidding. I literally got an Astro and Shelly a few minutes ago and I survived but two floors after that it was blackout, so I’m immediately left because I was the only one after the original seven other players died

I started two days ago in dandys world, and I got toodles on my second day, And I got to floor 11 with my friend!
I love playing it with my friends now, so I love your vids!!
This is not related to the topic, but its so funny-
So one time i was doing a main run with people, then a toodles found a medkit TWICE and didnt tell,(you’ll know how i found out while you read this.) she also got the two medkits, after like a few floors, she said “guys i have 2 medkits” when a cosmo was there (or goob idk) people said “THATS FOR GOOB/COSMO!” The toodles said “what i got it first.” The other people said “You didnt tell though” after like 5 floors of like fighting, she said “fine i will listen” people said “finally” THEN SHE WASTED ONE MEDKIT- people should be losing their dandy knowledge while listening to this- people said “your really dumb” then she said “what you guys said i have to waste a medkit” then someone said “we didnt tell you to waste a medkit” then the toodles said “you guys are mean im quitting” the people said “ okay we dont care anyways” the toodles didnt leave, then the cosmo and everyone else died. Then i died except for the two toodles (one is the one holding the one medkit) the other one is kool, then the toodles who stole the medkit, died, then the toodles survived. I dont know what happened next because i wasnt spectating anymore at that time. (I was rodger during this time)

9:54 As someone who has played with many Goobs before, I can confirm that this is true. A majority of the Goobs I've played with only extract machines or do absolutely nothing. This day, I was playing with a Goob, guess what they did? They were extracting even though Goob is meant for distracting. If that person wants to extract, they should've saved ichor for toons like Vee. I guess people just don't check the stats sometimes.

I can kind of agree with you. Stealth is great for aggro locks and with the usual speed trinkets she’s good, you just need to do stamina bursts. But when dealing with fast twisteds like Toodles or Shelly, she might use up too much stamina. And the slow debuff from Twisted Vee can be hard for Brightney to manage since she might not be able to outrun them with it.

For those that are afraid of Kiting Toodles + Scraps/Goob as Goob or Flutter, Fact and Tip:
Goob and Flutter slightly outspeeds Toodles, and by extension Shelly (Same speed of 20) Goob and Flutter both have base 17.5 and with Plush + Shoes you have 20.125 Movement (Decimal values count) vs 20 from Both Toodles and Shelly, this means you can outwalk and even take up to 90 degree turns without taking a hit, if you want to distract either Toodles and Shelly with a Goob or Scraps or all 4 (had to do it sometimes lol) Sprint only when you turn, and always reattract aggro from Goob and Scraps after they sniped. Works with Tisha and Sprout as well.
