Actually, meat & fish don't ferment like vegetables & fruits. It's dead flesh, so it becomes putrid. Better to stick with plant matter/fruits & vegetables for fertilizer.

Some Aquarium/Aquatic plants are adaptive.... they can grow in water as well as substrate rocks, etc. I only recommend putting it on aquarium plants planted in substrate and not water. I have never tried it in an aquariums so I'm not sure how they would respond.

Not necessarily, and if so,there's always a way yo combat that. I've not had that experience using the homemade liquid fertilizer. You however finds ants if you just throw or bury the scraps in the soil. 🙂👍❤

No I didn't cover it. I left it open. Covering is optional. You can cover if you plan on keeping it much longer

Actually, every kind of vegetable scraps. Food scraps . No meats or cooked food. I added eggshells as well.

Not necessarily, and if so,there's always a way yo combat that. I've not had that experience using the homemade liquid fertilizer.

I understand. It's a mixture of food fruits and vegetable scraps. I also add some eggshells. You can add some vinegar to to help dissolve the eggshells quicker

what is 5:1 ratio mean?
So its the solution that was strained off. To that you would add 5 times the amount of water to dilute then use to feed your plants😊
