"Not Me" and "The Eclipse" are two series I rewatch CONTINUOUSLY. I love them so much and hope they're one of the firsts in line for up coming BLs you watch if you choose to continue. I am also enjoying "Only Friends" which is still coming out at this time. I think there are some really good story lines and arcs in these series and I love them a lot. I hope you enjoy your BL experience!

I wouldn't really suggest kinnporsche as one of the first bls someone watches tho tbh lol😅. Like not me and this one are better first and second options because it eases you into the general vibe of most bls yk? They have just the right amount of intensity, romance, plot, and aren't too sexual (and don't have toxic/abusive relationships like some bls tend to have and gloss over). While kinnporsche is all that to the x100000 power💀. Might just be a little much for beginners if you know what I mean🤐😂. Its a good series of course but maybe something for a little further down the ways as they get into bls lmao

This is a good start into Thai BL. This is one of my favorite shows!! Obviously I'm sure BL has been around for a long time but Thailand definitely brought it to popularity it is now. KinnPorsche would have been a WILD intro into Thai BL but I hope you still react. There are so many really good shows you can watch. The one I'm currently reacting to is Only Friends...WHEW CHILE!!!

I'd like to suggest My School President, it is seriously the sleeper hit of the year. Either as a reaction or on your own time. Nobody was expecting much when the trailer came out because it was "just another school themed bl." We were all SO WRONG. The acting was amazing, the pacing was perfect, super nice blend of comedy and drama as well. The characters actually had motivations behind their actions instead of just to make a plot last longer. Chemistry between the entire cast was great, not only the main couple. The biggest draw though is the music, a different banger each episode, ranging from ballads to pop and even some rap.
My school president was quite boring the actors are cute but no plot I had to drop it on ep5
Bad Buddy is the only drama that I rewatched couple of times, so I really look forward to you reacting to it 😊

all the series you mentioned at the beginning are definitely worth watching tbh. it’s hilarious how they’re all also very different from the other, like total opposites tone wise 😂 kinnporsche is very explicit and graphic in many ways, while my school president is a fluffy and lighthearted first love coming of age with some real life depth. the eclipse is also set in high school but it’s more serious and very political, and not me is also very political but more mature, darker and rebellious. the untamed is a beautiful fantastical story, way longer than any of the other bls on this list, it has a slower pace but it’s a wonderful story, it really is worth it in the end. the eighth sense is a gritty drama that deals with mental health, youth and self discovery.
if you could actually react to all of these it would be great! they’re really good recommendations 🙌🏼
also, the sound effects are something to get used to, but honestly to me it’s part of the charm of thai bls. i’ve learned not only to accept them but to enjoy them.
Not me and The Eclipse are amazing. I hope you can give ONLY FRIENDS the series a try too. It’s a hot topic right now. Every episode is full of drama and surprises.

Also Thai names are super long and hard to pronounce so they just have nicknames of random english words. Like there is an actor named Book and First and Fourth or Force :D
Btw those are just nicknames not real names. For exampla chittiyapporkn is a thai name so they give eng nickname
Not Me is good. Another one that I think is a great recommendation is Moonlight Chicken. It won an award for best LGBTQIA+ series of the year. It also has the couple of My School President as a side couple so it would work as an introduction for you guys.

Untamed is quite a commitment but is well worth the time and effort as it’s excellent and I’m sure you’d enjoy it. I would also recommend a Taiwanese BL History 3: Trapped.

"Not Me" and "KInnPorsche" deal with heavier themes and are super good if you're into it!!! This show is def one of my comfort BL's tho its too cute😭😭😭
Thai BL is interesting and they usually have a lot of plots. So I love them. I recommend you to see My School President (Comedy+Romance) if you wanna see funny, cute and exciting school life story (both friendship and love interest). The main actors are young but so talented. They can act and sings so well in the series. One more is A Tale of Thousand Stars (Emotional+Romance). The story is deep and most people can relate to the plot. They act in Chiang Rai or Chiang Mai where there are mountains which is so hard to film. But they manage to act perfectly even in the cold weather. Both series are my favourite and not explicit btw. So hope to see you guys watch and enjoy it too❤️🤟🏼

It's quite intense/mature and very sex-driven tbh. Definitely a good show in my opinion but maybe not the best thing to get introduced to BL for the first time😅 I already saw some comments about it but i highly, highly reccomend watching "Not Me" and "the Eclipse" next, if you find a liking in Bad Buddy and want to exolore a bit more of the genre! :)

I was recommended this video and it’s my intro to this duo and I had to laugh once I realized it was their first Thai BL because I knew the comments would be full of recommendations of Thai BLs to watch next. You mentioned KinnPorsche and it’s one of my personal favorites, but most BLs are generally light hearted and with KinnPorsche being mafia based it has a little darker tone to it
