  • Come with me as I walk from my home to my vehicle. This video should encourage Liberians and those looking into investing in Liberia to think about developing roads before building their homes.
Without a good road, you are in for a wide awakening and a nightmare, when your veihicle can not make it to your home.

    ‘Em,
Thank you for this insight into the many challenges we face in Liberia. We in the diaspora don’t do our research and due diligence before starting our building projects. The mindset has to change if we’re to improve our country. Obviously the lack of enforcement in community planning/building codes/zoning in the country as a whole has contributed to this, but people should be smart enough to understand the need for roads in the neighborhoods where they are building. What’s the point of building your house when you can’t get to it? It defeats the purpose. Because there are no initial plans for roads in these areas, people build in the paths and alleys where roads should have been constructed in the first place, and your house is essentially “Land-locked.” When you’re finally ready to build a road, it’ll be too late.
I will definitely reach out to your team when I’m ready to build on my land in the near future.
Great and eye-opening videos as always

Long time my sister. I know exactly what you are talking about when you talk about coming together. We are doing that in our community, but those on ground won't because they say they don't have cars so why should they contribute. They seem to forget that they will benefit as well. So sad, but with God's grace we will fix our road.

Omg, the most ridiculous argument I’ve heard: we don’t have cars so there’s no need. I mean when will this mentality change?
