wouldn't having the breathers in the back of the valve cover, combined with removing the baffling inside, make the engine throw oil into the hose to the catch can from launch forces? maybe it would be better to just make like a 2'' hole or a few 1 inch at the front of the cover? keep up the good work!
Also losing a bit of oil every pass is a ton better than having crankcase pressure. Under road driving it may be an issue, but the lack of boost will likely keep it to a minimum.
@@ionstorm66 yes im aware of that, but im not saying he shouldn't ventilate the crankcase, im saying it might not be a tiny bit of oil on launch, it could be alot. im just thinking it might be better to have more ventilation at the front then add it at the back. even with the riser, if a qt. of oil gets sloshed up there, it will add resistance in the long hose to the back of the car where the catch can is, as its harder to move fluids then it is vapors, making the vent less effective. the risk of this is also much higher when the baffling inside is also removed. Not saying it wont work, not saying he doesn't know what he is doing. just my curiosity asking if one might be better then the other.
