I would be very surprised, since you believe this, if you have actually listened to Sam's podcasts on this subject in detail. Trashing Harris has become an easy form of clickbait for people who manufacture outrage in bite sized chunks. However, if you're basing your opinion on what he's said about Covid on thirty second clips you saw online, then by definition you haven't understood them. The people who have lost credibility are those peddling this narrative, and the suckers who have fallen for it. Harris is who he always was.

Once someone has made such a choice, convincing them of anything at all that parts with the group narrative and that would position them as an outsider (as Sam has been) is likely to be impossible. And yet, I would bet money I am correct that you are basing your view on Harris on short clips you've watched out of context and haven't understood, and on what others within your demographic are saying about him, rather than actually listening to his podcast, in which he discusses his views on this subject in detail, in good faith and with a critical, open mind.
