I love Dr Gabor! He has helped me through so many life hurdles in the past few years via RUclips content alone. He has the ability to give constructive honesty even if it’s going to hurt a little! He is also very open about his own struggles & imperfections which for me is a breath of fresh air. I agree that authenticity of one self is paramount in nurturing our relationship with ourselves & others & that in todays society it’s a problem that is broken & must be fixed. Being authentic can lead to isolation to some extent but I think the true message is that it’s important for your overall health & well being. Don’t drink the poison just because others are doing it! It’s okay to be you! You will attract what you put out into the earth & if people don’t like it then that’s on them. If it’s meant for you it will not go past you & the same applies to relationships of all kinds.
