shahi mink the fascination sleeve is a textured sleeve that is built into the back of the Prosthetic. It provides suction and is designed for pleasure.
BowtieAssassin55 Showering with it will not harm it. :). However, the self adhesive properties do not do so well when moisture gets between you and the attachment tab. Once you rinse and dry it though it's back to sticking. :)
A bit late, but I often find that lifting the scrotum forward to sit between your legs as you sit is enough! That way you don't have to worry about repositioning it
The self adhesive doesn't work so well in water so I would go with adhesive. You can use any adhesive meant for silicone prosthetics and they all seem to work differently for everyone :) Now that we have self adhesive sheets you can switch between adhesive and self adhesive :) The new tutorial is being posted today :)
Christina B we now offer self adhesive sheets that allow you to switch between adhesive (glueing your Prosthetic to your body) or self adhesive (the back of the Prosthetic is sticky and you don't need to apply adhesive)
Is it possible to do a video of how to apply gender mender adhesive and maybe stick it to the underside of your forearm? I'm wondering if it might be a better solution for me because I have a desert climate her and can sweat a lot.
I don't see why they wouldn't work for that also. Since the other prosthetic is made of (presumably) a different silicone, you might want to test the adhesive for cure inhibition with the prosthetic you want to use.
S. A. Yes. It won't hurt anything. However you might want something supportive when swimming with self adhesive or use adhesive when swimming to keep it secure. :)

I just ordered mine today and I hit "install self adhesive myself" I'm getting an adhesive sheet, right? 😅😅😅

They usually ship the same day or next day after you order. They take 3-5 days in the US and 6-14 days outside the US :)

Lots of other packers/stps work with the sheets, especially ones with a tab like the Gendercat ones
