Just beat the bosses by passing them and then pick 1 and 3 because they're always on those 2. Just don't fall off the cliff on one of your playthroughs, or else it won't work
lol easy way to earn money just sit around in freeroam until some guy challenges you then choose the nearest finish line. do this as many times as you want. inan hour i earned like 40000 points pretty slow but it works!

Try sitting in a place for a few minutes after you're done with a challenge and an opponent should normally appear near you on the map. You can also enter & exit your safehouse then try the same method.
It happened to me before. I started getting police patrols spawning on my map. I found out that I never got a new challenge because the previous rival did not despawn, so I had to enter then exit the safe house to reset the world.

Once you accept the challenge from a rival crew member, it will automatically display only those races.
