Bottomline is, we feel better if we look good and smell good at the same time (opinion ko lang).
I LOVE how you advocate self care and ME time because it really is VITAL to a healthy lifestyle. Sadly, I didn't do it at all when I was raising my 3 kids. I've learned my lesson so I have my me time, but still, now at 53 I easily get burned out.
