  • Roadracing World's Sam Fleming and Melissa Berkoff visited the TM Racing factory in Pesaro Italy in April 2022.
TM Racing makes arguably the most exquisite racing motorcycles for MX, Enduro and Supermoto in the world. They also made a championship winning Moto3 roadrace bike!
Join Sam and Melissa on a very in depth tour of the factory including the machine shop (s), the hand crafted engines and the assembly.
These videos are unscripted and had to be shot contemporaneously with the tour so forgive any verbal slips and/or the handheld nature of the camera work.

Awesome guys, great to see the factory and how they are built. We are in Australia and have two MX450 and a MX250 ordered for our Australian race team, they could possibly have been assembled while you were there.
Looking forward to the rest of the tour. 🔥🔥

Sam and Melissa had no thoughts of becoming TM owners until they saw the care and detail of the manufacturing process. Sam now has a 2022 TM 300 FI, Melissa is holding off but her resolve is slowly crumbling.

@@armyofdarknessmotorcyclesb2883 I'd love to see a video of Sam's 300 and what he thinks about it, what type of riding he does etc.

We're trying to get to that but it might be later in the fall. So far Sam has got it resprung, fixed a couple teething issues, and fit a Rekluse (!!!) even though officially there is no Rekluse for it. It is VERY VERY fast and Sam is still coming to grips with it in the woods.

Well, we know you don't mean the camera work, the spontaneous commentary and the editing...so you probably mean the TMs. :)
