It is a me problem :) The thing is that we were able to purchase the passes months in advance and we received them in our country way ahead of our trip but we weren't able to make reservations for our trains since they had to be activated in person at a specific station. It's not a bad thing but I did think that from a foreigner's perspective, it would have been nice to be able to activate our passes online and plan the trip a bit more thoroughly ahead of time.
