This is arguably my favourite video of yours. It’s literally got everything an ASMR role play should have, kinda reminiscent of an improvisation straight out of Drama class!
It also throws me right back to being on holiday in the US. I’m sure no one probably cares, but I’m a Brit from London and I’d only just turned 17 at the time. I was travelling on a connecting flight from Boston to San Francisco. I’d been exchanging furtively “knowing” glances with this one particular person (a 19 year old self-proclaimed “Southie” from Boston) who was sitting right next to me. Although there was a mutual understanding about how both of us felt about one another, we barely spoke until we had to get off at Lambert International (Terminal 2) and spend hours together before changing aeroplanes. Let’s just say ‘Meet Me In St. Louis’ took on a completely different meaning for me once we arrived at the airport in Missouri. It was the very definition of an aeroplane/airport romance, let alone crush, because lord knows how this story might’ve gone down had it been a full-blown stopover flight!
Anyway our connecting flight soared like a dream now that the proverbial ice was broken and we could simply just be ourselves. I had the window seat, the Bostonian sat in the middle and thankfully the aisle seat was now empty.
Saying goodbye obviously sucked big-time because there was no logistically feasible way for us to keep in contact. I was road-tripping the Pacific Coast Highway from San Francisco to Los Angeles and the Bostonian was clearly looking to start life as an adult away from the East Coast by moving to SF for his “inauguration” shall we say.
Whoa that was TMI on steroids and yet, somehow, I just can’t seem to care because of course we kept in contact…
I’ve watched this video at least 20 times and each time I fall asleep no problem, I still haven’t gotten to the end but last night I couldn’t sleep for the life of me and put this video on, fell asleep so fast and the minute it was over and changed to the next video on my play list I’d instantly wake up so I’d have to put back on your video 😂😂 absolutely one of my favourite asmr videos 👏🏼
