But our end goal is to be positive all the time to please God.

We always assume positive aspects but when we face reversal, we are disappointed. We should be prepared for both.
We should look only at positive things. Leadership is to get the best of the team and inspiring people to achieve goal and vision. to stay focused and improve concentration we should not get distracted with pleasure and gadgets we should do meditation daily and increase the time of meditation so that we shall stay focused.
