I remember saving up to buy a Chanel bag a few years ago when I already had the money to buy it. I gave up because I couldn't justify buying the bag at this price. Instead, I used the money to buy our second home. This is a better investment than a bag. Also, it’s great that I now have a *condup* Chanel bag.
It is precious time.
The quality and workmanship of HQDUPS's high-end imitation bags are very satisfactory. The soft and delicate leather shows that the materials are quite good. The texture of the metal accessories also makes the bag look very high-end. The fine processing of details makes this bag look no less inferior to the original.

Be aware of:
- High temperatures, specially in Seville. Madrid weather is dry, Barcelona is wet and Seville mixed.
- I recomend you Córdoba (roman bridge, mezquita- cathedral) and Segovia (roman aqueduct, cathedral and Castle).
- Be aware of pick pockets. They have a radar for tourist (as others Europeans cities), try to wear understated luxury.
-Remember that we have our own schedule: we have lunch 13:30-15:00 and dinner 21:00-23:00h. In Barcelona and Madrid you haven't got any problems but in small towns shops usually take a break from 14:00 to 17:00h.
- In Madrid you have an Outlet or Sales Luxury in "Las Rozas Village" but the main street for luxury is Serrano St. and Ortega y Gasset St.

I’m going to Spain as well and I’m wondering if you might share tips on how you plan to pack everything back home to the US and how much US duties/customs tax would be. Do you have to keep everything in the original boxes to get the VAT refund? What travel bag did you use to carry all the purchases? Did you check anything in or keep all the purchases in a carryon? Thank you!!!!

SO excited for you!!!! I hope you have the absolute best time with your mom and I’m sure you are going to find some gems. I picked up the LV Toiletry Trio when I was in Denver recently and LOVE!!! Definitely even worth it at the US price, so at a discount I would say definitely go for those! The canvas does seem a little cheaper feeling on these, just an FYI, but even though I noticed this at the store it didn’t deter me from purchasing 💜💜💜I’m here for you if you need help deciding on anything! 😉

Wow those are some savings! Oh the poor, poor Puzzle bag. I don’t know why everyone hates on it so much, love mine. Yes there was more leather in the older style but let’s be honest, if they’d continued with that model they’d be charging us much more for it these days. Style-wise, the new model slouches beautifully when you have things in it and carry it top handle and it looks better for longer. Many 2nd hand Puzzle bags have lost shape on the sides but this version seems to look cleaner for longer. That burgundy shade is gorgeous. I’d get a particular Dior Book Tote I like the look of but don’t want to pay so much for. Even on 24S it’s the same price. Have an amazing trip with your Mum, so fortunate you can both do this together.
Thanks for letting me know about the edge and how it’s holding up. I still think it’s a great bag. Just not quite as special in my mind but still really like it.
I got the LV wicker BB at Sapporo Japan 2 weeks ago. The one I got is the brown color with braided handle. Pretty shock when I saw it and did not pull the trigger but then I don’t want to miss it so I went back to the store next day.
The dollar and yen conversion is so good now and although after VAT the price is not as good as if I purchase from Europe but I am happy for the price I paid. Around US $5900.
That’s a great price! And I’m looking forward to shopping in Japan, too!
The savings will cover the cost of the flights 😮girlmath 😂 btw Japan was fabulous and they often offer tax free directly in the shops so long as you have your passport ❤ I picked up a LV pochette cosmetic in monogram mm ❤❤❤ Kyoto was our favourite for shopping ❤

I would love to go to Spain! I am on the lookout for another puzzle bag..I am just waiting for the right colour combo. My husband is going to Italy next week so I’m getting him to pick me up a few items while he’s there..a small Celine Boston bag in canvas triomphe and a lv small cosmetic pouch. I’m undecided on any other items so anything else will wait till we go to Singapore/japan at the end of the year!

I bought my last Loewe in Spain. I’d 100% rather spend that extra on a trip to Spain vs paying for it here but alas a trip isn’t always in the cards (but always worth it).
Definitely a good trade off. You get an amazing bag and an incredible trip at the same time!
So nice to be able to travel with mom! I wish to travel with her while she was alive :( Enjoy your trip and hope to see some Spain vlogs. I saw the wicker capucines and it is gorgeous just that it is a bit stiff because it is very structured. But very pretty indeed however the price ... is ouch!
It’s definitely a privilege to travel with her. And yes, the wicker capucines is pricey, but much less here

Have so much fun with your mom! Can you share the VAT conversion tool you were using? I’m headed to Paris in September and also wondering is there a limit that you know of for how many days total or in a row that purchases can be spread out and still do VAT refund? TIA ❤
Thank you! I need to check out if there’s a day limit. I think it’s 3 days in France. You should be able to google France VAT calculator and find one. Sorry, I don’t have the Spain one up on my computer anymore.
First, let me just say, whatever you did to the lighting in the room you film in, it completely fixed the haze problem you were experiencing previously.
Secondly, I could not be more excited for you and your mom! I have only travelled to Spain once in my life, just when covid was beginning unfortunately so I only got to to visit two places, Barcelona and the Isle of Palma Majorca. Very different vibes from each other but I loved them both equally! I ended up with covid after testing positive while trying to enter Spain from Italy. I was made to isolate in a covid approved hotel on the very outskirts of Barcelona. I was not allowed to leave my room for 10 full days. Ugh, it was a terrible experience. I was not just quarantined but I was captive in that room. An employee of the hotel would show up at my door three times a day wearing a hazmat suit to drop off a brown paper bag with food in it and I only had one TV channel that was English speaking. It was called Chinese Global Network News and it was on a loop that played the same newscast every 20 minutes. Longest 10 days of my life! LOL
Third, if I were to buy a summer bag, I think I would choose the Celine Triomphe wicker with natural calfskin one. Like you, we only get four months of summer and in fact, it is May 24th and it’s been snowing all day long here - grrrr! I think I would use the wicker Triomphe more than a basket bag.
I think that the Vat refund is the most clever thing that European countries ever did! It not only promotes tourism but it ensures that there is more money coming into the country which boosts the economy.
Last but not least, once again you look so pretty. I love your lipstick and would like to know what it is. I hope your trip is fabulous and I will be waiting patiently for the first vlog from Madrid!! Safe travels my friend! ♥️
Ruth you’re so sweet. I’m so sorry about your trip to Spain. Sounds awful. Totally agree on the VAT. I felt bad when I was in London with the group because it just made no sense to buy there when I was going to Paris. I think the UK giving up their VAT refund was a huge mistake.
I will have to look back at the video and try to figure out what I was wearing. Will let you know if I can figure it out

Wow! Nice list! Love it. I just saw the capucines black oil sleek look lizard in Miami Design district and its a wow moment. It left me mesmerized. I hope you find it at that price. Ive never been to Europe and it would be a shopping extravaganza. Very dangerous!
