Fennec Foxes sleep a lot. Especially during the day, since they are crepuscular (awake during dusk and dawn, and most of the night). This video shows Djinn growing a bushy tail and a large pair of ears, during the past nine months.

Fennec foxes have incredible hearing and their ears double as radiators.
Actualy they can hear insects deep under sand and dig them out.

A bit of a snuggler huh? Hope he gets a lot of it! Teach people, fennecs aren't just all about screaming, and being hyper. They also have quite a bit of a downtime, which doesn't seem to get as much attention. ;)
He has started to cuddle more and more every day. He puts his paw on your face to show he wants to be petted again, hahaha!
And he liked to sleep alone during the day, but lately he comes to sleep on our lap or on the couch with us. We love that!

A whole lot of work and care went in to the feeding and nurturing, of this fennec so he would imprint on his human owners, BRAVO. This is how to get a wild critter to bond with humans. Let him only see humans for his food and love. It works.

What made you decide to adopt a fennec into your home?
Well, first we researched about them for 3,5 years (how they live in the wild, what they eat and which nutrition/vitamins they need, how much time you need to spend at least, asked questions to Fennec Fox owners, went to zoos to talk to the Fennec care takers, read books and websites about Fennecs), so we'd learned everything about owning one inside a house to be sure that a fox would fit into our lives.
Second, we have a cat (DNA) allergy, and a dog needs to be walked in a forest or something like that for hours a day. While a fox can be held indoors like a cat, or walked like a dog when the weather is nice.
Third, the costs. We needed to make sure we were always going to be able to pay for any little thing that an animal would need (vet, food, toys, bedding, leash, treats etc).
Fourth, we needed to make sure that we were able to get all those stuff easily in the shops. We needed to have a good vet and be able to get the right food (taurine, insects, chicken heart, rabbit meat etc).
And fifth, we needed an extra room for the fox during the nights, and we needed to make the rest of the house fox proof/safe as well. Also, we don't have children or other animals that could harm our Fennec. And we are almost never away from home.
When we were prepared the best we could, we had to wait 2 more years for a Fennec baby that was born and raised with people in Europe.
Also, I've had all kinds of animals already, and therefore a lot of experience raising those to be happy, loving, confident, and trustworthy pets. So I was confident about raising a fox and taking care for it the next 15 years.
I've probably forget to mention something, but I hope you can tell that this wasn't a quick decision to make.
We'd put a lot of research into this and don't regret our choice!
