  • This video is packed with ancient Welsh folklore and legend about one of the Vale of Glamorgan's most famous sons. His name was Cadoc but he was also known as Cado, Cadog, Gatto and Gattog. He died 1,500 years ago yet we are still naming, streets, schools, churches and hospitals after him all over England, Wales and France even now.
Why is he still being remembered? Who was he? What did he do? And are theories true that he was in fact Sir Galahad and sat with King Arthur with his other knights at the round table at Camelot?
Find out about the man, the myth and the legend. His bizarre family tree and mad kingly Dad. Enjoy this video all about Saint Cadoc and the abbey he built in Llancarfan with the help of stags and other woodland creatures.
This video is written, presented and produced by Welsh author and historian; Graham Loveluck-Edwards.
