In this full #review I will explain all the specs of the 2023 #BMW #x4m40i and then take it out for my test drive. The sweet spot Bimmer that brings a near 50/50 weight distribution and turning the x3 into a coupe sav.

For an everyday car, you recommend this over the M? Also, I’m seeing that X3 is getting a redesign for 2025. If that’s true, do you think X4 will get one too? I almost bought one this weekend but don’t want to buy an X4 if it is going to be “old” in a few months.

I would for either of the 2 (m) and yes they are doing a LCI on the x3 (mid cycle refresh). A coupe thing to take, new idrive, the dashboard / steering wheel/ center console and outside will get new lighting, bumpers and wheels. Extra power hasn’t been confirmed yet so I would wait (around August) till they drop more information (you can always check back here for these updates). If it doesn’t have extra power I would get a 2024 model and on the x4m or m competition dealerships are easier for deals as no M car gets discounts except the x4m (wired 😁) this is the insight from my team but you will still have to work a deal.

I'd definitely get the X4 now. They may not have them soon at all! The new car also won't have all of those physical buttons and the cockpit. It will just be a screen.

How would you compare this one to GLC 43 coupe? I like Benz look in and out, but how about driving experience? I drove x3 m40 and audi sq5, audi not even close to bmw but how about glc 43? Still did not find a good one available for a test drive

The drive is less sporty, BMW is faster and the suspension is more firm but I enjoyed the experience more in the Bimmer. The Benz feels a little heavier and on corners it’s not as planted.
