Bro I did this without pbrp(custom recovery) directly with twrp and now after flash reboot to recovery is taking a lot of time and redmi logo or twrp logo also not showing up😢😢 Only black screen

Yes bro Gapps are core packs only. You'll get only Google play store and google play services.
