there is a product called Tear Aid sold on amazon that repairs leather or vinyl and another type that fixes certain fabrics..prices are not bad and would be handy to have..it would fix the chair and those new shoes they sliced you had to leave behind..you should read about it on line and see if you feel it would be worth buying for future fix ups... there are good reviews

There is a man that sells his boxed finds for $1 dollar each (Little Debbie) Maybe you would consider donating some and selling some. Nuts are very expensive so if you sold them for $2 that might help you get caught up. God bless you for being such a blessing to others .

I think it depends on who is working that night when they cut things up or not. Sometimes I find things in perfect condition and other times it's sliced to ribbons. Still a darn shame to destroy good shoes like that.
You are welcome . Yes cat gut wholes the most important material together for ever for me. So if I need to sell anything to do with lawn furniture leather chairs leather couches I match the catgut color up and so away and a spot will rip somewhere else before that catgut even loosens up.

They both are in good working order. However the bigger one bend to the closing position often when we tried to use it for diving and now we just use the smaller one to prevent the bigger one from breaking.
