    I follow a lot of ME/CFS channels on RUclips, out of all of them this is the best one to connect with others if you need information or even just want to chat. People on this channel are very open and talkative, which has been a great help for me. I also really appreciate the polls you do. They open up a space to ask certain questions and are very helpful. If I ever need to ask anyone their opinion on something CFS related this is the channel I come to. Congratulations on the channel growth!🎉

    Found your Channel a few weeks ago, the best one out there, around 27 to 28 years with it now, if only people knew how ill you can feel, the foggy heads are the worse for me , going through a bad flare up at the moment, take care and thank you, Alan in the U.K

    Thank YOU, for all your helpful videos. Thanks to you I heard about LDN, did some research into it and decided to try it. Today I feel so much better - I'm almost back to the baseline I had before I got ill. I am so thankful for everyday that I have energy and every morning that I awake pain free.
    Also, thank you for adapting your videos to people with ME. The calm way you speak makes it way easier to people like us to listen to you. I've seen other youtubers that talk about ME that were just too high energy for me back when I felt really bad.

    I think a lot of “long covids” are searching for answers ❤ on another note has anyone tried red light therapy?

    • @ruby3200
      @ruby3200 10 месяцев назад +2

      Yes I have a red light lamp. My CFS is less severe in the summer and a lot of that is because of the sunlight. I was hoping the red light would do the same thing as the sun for me in the winter. It didn’t really work. But I did find that it eased my abdominal muscle spasms and aches/pains in my legs, it may have even been a factor in getting rid of my stomachaches. Many people use red light therapy for Lyme disease and bacterial issues. I have bacteria issues, but it’s hard to know if the red light helped on that front.

    What do you think about cfs recovery (youtube channel)?

    • @fight4me747
      @fight4me747  8 месяцев назад +3

      I think any channel implying that "thinking different" will cure M.E. is absurd. I do think positive thought is extremely important, but
      its borderline malpractice to tell people it cures illness.

    hey :) today is usual people with ME/CFS fully recovere. No brainfog and so on.
    You just live with symptoms without any changes?

    • @fight4me747
      @fight4me747  5 месяцев назад

      Let me guess, they think positive thoughts and all better? There is no clinical evidence to back up your claim.

    • @Pavel_Franta
      @Pavel_Franta 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@fight4me747 well, usually people try everything possible except work with mind, because it is hard. So you try something calming but it doesnt work. Why it should when you dont believe it. When you are scared. Where is evidence it works? Nowhere so fokoff.
      But honestly, only success stories with cured brainfog are usually with lowering anxiety thru work with nervous system.
      You create videos for years about B-50 supplement and zero results.
      It is hard to trust you more then them.

    • @Pavel_Franta
      @Pavel_Franta 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@fight4me747 i am not expert but in my social bubble is positive thinking debunked for at least 15years. Why? Because our mind know it is fake and we are scared further :D
      Modern approach is to scan body from head to toe and if everything is cleared, then logical step is check your nervous system, your thinking patterns and overall what your mind do entire day for years.
      Point is to gradually explore if all your reactions, fears and symptoms are really neccessary or you have turned on tons of oversensitive protective mechanisms.
      honestly. When you struggle for 5years+, all you medical tests where negative, you dont have broken spine in neck, you dont inject heroin and dont eat moldy white bread, then there is not any reason why your brain should have dementia symptoms. Oh except one. Amygdala big like apple, because you are constantly under pressure by your symptoms but strongly refuse you need mental support :)

      @fight4me747  8 месяцев назад +1

      Does is mean I didn't fix what? Do you mean cure? No, Im not cured. And no, it has nothing to do with "believing" or "thinking" different.
