EPIC. I reacted exactly like you...I mean this is modern. How many bands can be this fresh and awesome 30 plus years in!!! Spit out the bone is one of the greatest ever. Creeping Death / Puppets levels. The video is action packed and distracting - but the song will amaze you. It probably will get blocked though Spit.
Fan's fact: James Hetfield wrote this song after he watched the documentary in the memory of great Amy Winehouse. He's explaining here how fame rulled and ruined her life. VERY DEEP
MetallicA actually created a music video for all 12 songs off of this new album. They released them all back to back every few hrs when the album was released late 2016. They have a new album that will be out in November/December also. 😃😃 The fastest release in 25 years for MetallicA lol.
Ooooh yeaahhh!!! Absolutely amazing reaction, Dave!!🤘🔥🤘 Btw, the lyrics were inspired by Amy Winehouse and a documentary about her life called Amy, and how fame affected her...
What it do, Dave? Metallica is putting out an album soon with other bands covering their songs. One of those bands, The Warning (3-piece band of 3 sisters from Mexico), covered “Enter Sandman” (over 20 mil views) when they were just 14, 12 and 9 and caught Metallica’s attention. Fast forward 7 years, they’ve also covered “Atlas Rise” live (amazing). They’re now releasing their 3rd album. Can you react to The Warning’s song “EVOLVE”? You won’t be disappointed - I promise you.
Yeah awesome reaction to an awesome song. You should totally try spit out the bone next. That one is a more thrashy track and the video of it tells a cool story.
Sweet video and reaction. Really like Hatfield's voice! Sounds real good. 👍 Don't forget Harry Mac. He's newest is fire. He's passed over in the middle of a freestyle...he doesn't stop, lol. 👍 If you've already reacted to it, i didn't get the notification.
I haven’t cause they’ve been performing poorly, so I guessed most of who was watching mines might have migrated cause some bigger channels started to do them as well. I mostly watch them off camera or during my daily stream now.
Knew you’d love it, brother. Next up you gotta react to “spit out the bone” off the same album. It’s even more nuts! But I recommend just checking out a lyric video as the official video is really distracting and takes away from the music
Kirk Hammet lost his phone which had all his guitar solos and other work for this album. Most of his solos on this album are just off the top of his head. I wish some of you reaction guys would react to more obscure 90's bands. Ugly Kid Joe, I Mother Earth, Blind Melon, Pixies
Oh man, great reaction! I like your enjoy and excitement while you are reacting. Please, react to more of Metallica and i suggest to do more of this album and react to "garage inc", this album has great fucking songs and is not very reacted... See You!
Great Reaction. If you will react to Spit out the Bone, even though you like Music Vids, The Spit out the Bone music vid is a little distracting and doesn't have the band in it. So I would say you either get a lyrics version up or you just do the Official Video but pay attention to the song more than the Video. I mean its a good video, its just distracting from the Song though.
Now that you've seen this, you should check out "If Moth Into Flame was on ...And Justice For All" from GR! It basically took this song, and rerecorded the instruments to make them sound like they were from AJFA's era. There aren't any vocals on that specific video, but there's a few vocal covers of it floating around youtube!
Lol. “The moth was surrounding him because of the flame from the guitar”. Lol. That’s great!
Brother, I'm surprised that you didn't grow up listening to heavy metal. The look on your face is priceless when your into it. Keep up the good work.
I was mostly around Motown, rap, r&b, and jazz. Not much metal playing in the hood haha.
Need to react to this whole album dave! They have a vid for every song!
I love how he said that's disrespectful and the volume of youtube is on low
The look on your face as that solo progresses was amazing 😂
Bro KEEP ON with this band. So much goodness baby
LOVE how you appreciate that epic solo!
absolutely awesome! thanks for sharing the moment! great video Dave!
The house that jack built!!!
Or..the Metallica mercyful fate medley
Best Metallica song, personally, in years. Sublime.
Great song that album has “Atlas rise” and “spit out the bone” both great!!!
You are ready to see them live dude! You have heard enough of their songs to enjoy it! They are working on another album and I'm so ready for one!
You NEED to do Spit Out the Bone.
Ohh and Metallica's Black Album had its 30th anniversary yesterday.
EPIC. I reacted exactly like you...I mean this is modern. How many bands can be this fresh and awesome 30 plus years in!!!

October will be 40 years.
fun fact, this is from latest album hardwire to selfdestruct and every song has own music video and all you can found on their youtube 😎
Awesome!
@@whatitdodave welcomr buddy, thanks for reactions. I see myself in you when i heard it for first time 😎
Fan's fact: James Hetfield wrote this song after he watched the documentary in the memory of great Amy Winehouse. He's explaining here how fame rulled and ruined her life. VERY DEEP
Thanks for the information friend!
FANTASTIC STUFF!!
Please do continue with this album, I know it’s right up your alley!! 😃
The best song of this album
Absolutely love this whole album! All these years later and they still got it! This song was inspired by an Amy Winehouse documentary james saw.
Finally some real thrash metal from Metallica! Back to the roots, I love the whole album

I saw them live in 2018 and they had lighted up drones flying around for this song to be the moths. They still killing it live in their 50s!
That guys name is Kirk. 😉
Kirk (The Ripper) Hammett🤘
I agree spit out the bone is great madness you need to react to it
The Kings. The house party is Whiskey in the Jar. Old Irish drinking song cover. Thin Lizzy.🤘
Dave you have MUST to react to Murder One. Imo one of the best solo from Kirk.
Am I Savage, ManUnkind and Here come Revange are good too.
Metallica Atlas Rise!

Whiskey in a Jar I believe is the video you were referencing
Hey Dave, I may have over looked it but have you reviewed "The Day That Never Comes" yet?
Spit out the bone next!!
Inspired by the death of Amy Whinehouse
LOVE this song... Reminds me of Master of Puppets days...
Yeah awesome reaction to an awesome song. You should totally try spit out the bone next. That one is a more thrashy track and the video of it tells a cool story.
Atlas Rise
Sweet video and reaction. Really like Hatfield's voice! Sounds real good. 👍

take your time on Metallica, mate!
no rush to finished the albums in 15 days.
u gottα change between ;)
Over two years and I’ve only reacted to 40 something songs in thier whole discography haha. I think I’m moving pretty slow.
@@whatitdodave u doing it right mate

And they actually did this song with Lady Gaga...watch the rehersal vid since the live one James mic cuts out.
SPIT OUT THE BONE
It will be my next one!
I would love to see you react to some songs by The Arctic Monkeys. Trust me you won't regret it.

This is a musical recreation of Norm McDonalds “Moth Joke”. You should react to the original.
Of course, I reacted to the wrong one haha. Just my luck.
