Hi Olive! Yes, they really are very simple to make! They look more complicated than they are... while I do have more complicated (or rather mor time consuming) procedures... these simple types are my favorites, and they lend themselves well to corsage making, bridal and wedding accessories,
Good luck, and many blessings with your upcoming wedding! Emi

hi i hv tried alot of flowers these r being appriciated so much.....thanx so much
That is one FABULOUSLY GORGEOUS FLOWER!!! TFS luv! ♥
Thank you alot! I painted cookie box and added some fabric around it, but the paint coluldn't cover the letters from the box which were bigger, so i put a few flowers on it,and it turned out beautiful, like a jewelry box you can find in any store! (sorry because of any mistakes, i don't really speak english)
Yes, just make a bigger circle... and it all depends on the material your purse if made of whether or not the hot glue will work...hot glue holds better on certain fabrics.... most fabrics it works really well, because it penetrates the surface. If it's a slick surface, sometimes hot glue doesn't work as well.
Thanks so much for sharing your creativity with us.
Thank you Emi...I've learned so much! You are truly tLented.
Sounds very lovely Selina!!
Flowers are so nice and very easy.thank you for showing

I just love watching you make these flowers and i usually try doing them. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos of the things you make. You have a lot of Talent to share,TFS. xx
Thanks Helen!
Yes, some of the tutorials can be done with white glue, if you can place them down and leave them untouched while the glue dries... or you can buy silicone glue which has grab, or Alene's Tacky Glue... it all depends on which flower you are making.
You are awesome... and make it look SO easy to cut that petal shape from that circle! :p
I love this idea. Thanks for sharing.
So glad you found it useful!! Emi
Thanks Rosa!
Thanks Julesthegypsy!
While I would love to do that, make a video with lots of choices for the center of flowers... I have to be selective about my videos now as my computer is really filling up with files. Glad to hear that you like the videos though Kelly!
Thanks neddie!
Wonderful video! Very helpful. I am also glad to see that your glue gun is very used LOL my glue gun looks just like yours
I am going to this for my birdcage...my colors are royal blue and fuchsia. This is beautiful.
Hi ShabbyArtAngels! It's easy.. hopefully you will find it so as well. I strive to make all my lessons easy! Have fun! (And best of all, any type of fabric will be great!) Love to see your finished items.. you can post them on my Hectanooga facebook page, link above in the description.
Thanks so much noor!
O.K. I was taking a break from crochet... but will get some more up! I am a multi-media crafter, so I delve into everything... but I promise... more crochet coming up!!
Thanks for commenting, that's the only way for me to know what people would like to see! Have a great day! Emi
OM GOSH!!!! GORGEOUS!!
You could singe the edges if you like... depending on the fabric used, some fray more than others. The fraying adds a shabby chic look, but for a more controlled flower, yes, you could singe the edges.
Thanks so much!! Emi
Aww... thanks Ruth Ann!!
Thanks so much! Emi
Thank you Michell!
Thanks dear!! Emi
I just recently subscribed to your channel. I enjoy watching your videos!
This is beautiful!! I'll try it💕
your tutorial is always so easy to understand, thank you~
God bless your hands...teaches me a lot!!! Thanks!!!
Ruth Rivera Thanks so much Ruth!! I need all the blessings I can get!!
Hmmm... well, maybe it you add a circle of white glue, then put hot glue in the center of the circle.. you will get the strength of both glues. (And the good part of that would be that if it does come off, it will likely peel off the outside coating of the purse... and then, the hot glue will work, because the underneath of "leatherette" has a more porous material.
Thank you so much for your lovely comment Morgann!
just love it. simple steps and beautiful :)
Wonderful!!
Have fun, these are very easy!!
I love all three of them , I feel a summer making party hat coming my way
Thank you!

That's great! Have fun, and thanks for watching my videos!! Emi
Thank you for your tutorial!
I used felt, you can use old sweat shirt fabric, denim... anything
I used polyester lining... they type of fabric used to put a lining into coats, or skirts. Lightweight is what I used, but any type of polyester will work. (Actually any type of fabric will work for this flower, even tshirt knit, or denim.)
You are so creative!!!
Again awesome! Just lovely!
These are so pretty Emi,I love the fullness of them I have some thinnish satin fabric, and it is sort of floppy,so I think this type of flower will make them much firmer.Thank you for sharing .
+Elaine White Yes, Elaine,,, the fabric I used in the largest blue flower was polyester lining, very thin...
Thanks Emi,I will use this style of flower instead of the gathered one when making the bigger sized ones.xx
I love this! I just made my prom date's boutonniere using one of these, and it looks awesome :)
Those are beautiful!
man i love all yoru flowers! thsi one was lovely as usual! thought you might like to know my horse had to go to teh hospital :( she ran through teh fence and cut her self up all over including a deep wound on her chest.....poor baby! visited her last night after they had sewn and bandaged everything, and she seemed comfy-they have ehr on pain meds....she'll be there at leas several days....
