@ProgressiveSoccer u12, u14, u16. One tip is show each movement at a slow pace then build up speed. Not slowmotion but teaching each individual step of a movement. Also, remind the kids to go slow at first then build up medium speed then fast. Kids will get overwhelmed because they will have a hard time keeping up and they will be unable to go as fast as your demonstrater.
