Dear friends in Paradise Crew we've reached our breaking point. ..the last episode, the finale, the Big Bang our last cruise of the year! It was fun, but now it's time to sit back and start preparing for Baby G! Shout out to Rose for planning an AMAZING vacation. Thank you Royal Caribbean for an AWESOME Cruise (you guys are lovely and we love you). Thank you to EVERYONE who watched this series and we'll see you in Paradise!

Some real talk regarding the chair savers at the pool…I just move the towel. Yup. Just move it to another chair. Have yet to encounter any of the culprits.
Royal needs to check out chairs instead of towels. I hate this about their line. The chair drama is why I never even go to the public pool there. I only do the whirlpool... theres always chairs there. And until Royal fixes this chair problem with people leaving towels in chairs and not coming back... I will continue to fuss about it. Don't put the chairs out crew.... assign the chairs like the towels.Put a time limit like maybe 3 hours on assignment. That way everyone gets a chance to enjoy the deck and not end up fuming over empty chairs.
Sitting in chairs for 3 hrs is NOT the problem. It's NOT sitting in the chairs while not even in the pool area for 3 hrs. SAVING chairs for future use shouldn't be allowed at all. And the only way to stop it would be to have a chair guard. Sounds rude, stupid, and childish but so is hogging and saving chairs for future use just so you can have "prime" seating by the pool... even if it's HOURS after claiming the chairs! Until people use common sense, common courtesy, and stop being deck chair hoarders I would be VERY strict with this rule with zero exceptions. EVENTUALLY people would smarten up to rules, common cruise courtesy.
I fold the towels nicely and put on side of chair and move if they come back.
Improper beach chair use is THE worst
The ships should post a notice that the staff will remove towels if no one comes back after a certain period of time.
I’ve seen that on celebrity but it’s not usually enforced unless someone says something.

I sit in the chairs that have towels then when and if the "owner" of the towel comes back, I'm happy to move. :)

Let’s get all the cruise channels together and start a petition. Have cruise lines enforce a rule that towels will be removed from chairs after more than 1 hour of non use. Let’s get 200,000 signatures and forward them to the cruise lines. I’m tired of chair hogs. If you’re not using the chair why should you keep others from using it? Entitled much? I hoped people would stop doing it on their own but we can’t rely on people to be courteous to the other cruisers that also paid for their vacation. So cruise lines, start helping us to enjoy our time on your ships, reign in the bad behaviors, chair hogs, elevator hogs and pushers, line cutters. Showing up late for shows and interrupting the performers and other guests enjoyment. Start helping your customers enjoy their vacation, strop the bad behaviors please. (Not to mention the out control children and the fights…those need to stop immediately)

Fit as many in as you can! Since we've been married, hubs and I have only missed cruises due to babies. Our little guy just went on his first cruise last month (15 months). Big guy (5) is a vet (third cruise). Family cruising will have so many great memories too. Enjoy!

We have also gotten fed up with RCI’s lack of control with chairs on the Sun decks.
My wife and I did 10 cruises before having a baby. Took our baby for her first cruise just before her 1st birthday and she absolutely LOVED it. Nope to see the 3 of you on a cruise soon ❤

You guys really were drawn to the Solarium and the associated Bistro. I get it, great spot. Enjoy it now. With kids on the way, you will have to find a new spots since kids are not allowed in there.

Agreed, the fish & Chips was superb on the Allure too! Unfortunately they ran out of lamb shank.
When we were kids, staying in a hotel, we used to throw people's towels in the pool if they didn't show.
Hurricane Fiona was out there kicking up a lot of water out there.

The logistics are crazy enough on how they cook and prepare the food to be fresh for that many people and for you to say how fresh and crispy the fried fish was, is incredible considering how it has to be prepared for so many people, ran out to you in a timely manner esp with the lid on during transport. Cruise dining especially RC amazes me how much goes into it.

I think you youtubers, who provide cruise content, need to educate, many of your viewers, who really don't know or understand proper "Pool Chair Etiquette". Many people view this type of content, on a regular basis. You may never know the sheer affect, on those that are simply unaware of such things, all be it, a seasoned cruiser who never paid any mind to such a thing, or a baby (see what I done here) at cruising, who is just clueless about the whole thing all together. Neither less, when dealing with people in general, regardless of the amount, one has to be tolerant, to a point, yes; but, tolerant neither less. "Patience is a Virtue".... so, they say. My wife, feel your pain, when it comes to "Pool Chair Hoggers"

When I saw the clip of the ice skaters an idea came to me. You are a significant enough channel on YT now and have connections with most cruise lines, you could set-up a series of interviews with crew staff, employees, etc. and interview them asking for a look behind the namebadge type of thing. Some indepth video interviews with cruise directors, maybe customer service desk staff, bartenders, medical staff, the list goes on and one, or some of the crew who have RUclips channels like Jordan Bauth, etc Could be really entertaining and informative. Many cruise members from various cruiselines are also members of the FB group so you can reach out them there as well for interviews. Anyway, just a thought to keep some fresh cruise content going.
