Please note: There have been allegations that some jars are still manufactured using lead while still claiming to be at an acceptable food safe level. If this is something you wish to avoid please do your own research before purchasing jars. I can only confirm our crocks are certified lead free and thus have chosen to only link the crocks.

I joined your subscription but just now learning how to use it. Trying to wrap my head around why I need to start with three different bottles of starters. lol. Waaay more science than I thought. Now I just got to find a good flour source.

I see the crocks are sold out. Will you be restocking? If so do you have a time?😊

Love your channel. Never used a banneton basket and on your recommendation, I bought a 7 inch one. Used it for the first time today for a single loaf. It is so very small, when the dough rose, it spilled out over the sides, making a big mess and ruining the rise. Would love to see how you use such a small basket…..

Light weight speckled enamel roasting pans with lids do the job too. And comparatively inexpensive.

I have been following you for a short time, now I ONLY follow you. You are an inspiration. Can you possibly do another video? I need a complete story, Levain to loaf so i can get my head around this a little better. Last night i made a levain for 200g of starter (i think i did it right) I did 100 four 100 water with 20g starter. So far so good but i am unsure about so many things

I love making colored doughs. Let me know if you want the recipe for pumpkin turmeric sourdough. It definitely colors the dough and you use turmeric, cinnamon and nutmeg. It's really good and soft. The butterfly pea I absolutely live. I used to buy the dried flowers and make a tea then use that water in place of the plain water. Fir the powder though I add the powder into the water before I add the flour. I can't remember how much I used for a 900g dough but I think I used a tablespoon. I tried using the beet powder once and even with citric acid it still turned out brown 😢
