I was lucky enough to see Brian grow into the man he is today (manager at Minchinbury), mum and dad were the most pleasant, calm & loving parents that didn't miss a beat. When Brian touched that ball, dad was up or down that sideline. I kid you not, when Brian was at church - and that always came 1st & 100% we always respected that, but golly gosh we missed his might, his energy & his skill because even back then, we knew Brian had "it". Just a quiet tiny, happy kid that had this smile. What a smile it was, alas, a kid who played like a superstar. Him & Frank - what a team eh! I felt the same way when I lost my grandfather, he cared about me so much, he died from a lunge infection when I was 11 years old, I miss him so much, I would do anything to make him proud, I know how hard it is for Brian’s family going through that dark time.
