  • This lecture discusses in detail about the legal issues raised by Germany, Denmark and Netherlands on division of continental shelf in the North Sea based on the “equidistant principle” as per the Geneva Convention on Continental Shelf, 1958. It also discusses about the validity of “Customary International Law” as compared to an existing Treaty.
