For realtors it is making sure no address is shown, making sure your title is your name or your name - city real estate. Plus, when you submit a claim for reinstatement tell them you are a independent agent that does not have a office location for clients to visit that you service your clients at their location in the service areas you listed.

That is what most people do. Just put a home address or a mailbox you purchase (not PO) and then mark to not show the address to the public. All Google cares about is that you provide services locally to clients in the service areas you mentioned.

my google business profile got suspended. Profile has not recoverd after appeal. Can i create anothe business profile using another email?
You can, but if Google detects similarities, it could get suspended as well. If your appeal got denied, you can still fight it. Sometimes I have to email several times before they take it seriously. If you need help getting it reinstated, we offer this services.
This was exactly what I faced some time ago. I appealed many times to no avail. It's sad that the support team doesn't give necessary when we need them. I got mine restored. I still remember that it was XSOLVE.1 who saw me through the process. I suggest you locate them to get yours back

I had same issue but thomethics help me it can be so frustrated but thomethics will fix it for you he is a verified Meta agent
I didn't know what to do and I submitted an appeal, but it's not approved. So what do I do now?
You can reply to the email. Did they give a reason or ask for anything?
@@jmshireman reply to what email? This is for my appeal being denied. Your recent appeal for a restricted listing has not been approved.
Content that violates our policies on deceptive content and behavior isn't allowed. Deceptive content intentionally misleads or deceives others.
@@DarinEppich one thing to check is make sure that any updates you posted on your page has no links or phone numbers in the caption. You can also reply to that email that they sent you to tell you that your appeal was denied. I have replied to those so you can actually get routed to a real person, and they can open a ticket to manually review your profile.
@@jmshireman thanks for the tips, but haven't heard anything yet. I don't have access to the business profile either, so I can't even see if something was done that was wrong, etc
