- Today we are going to be fighting the swamp guardian in our necesse let's play. this is our first brutal mode boss fight sense we turned up the difficulty! You can find the swamp guardian in the underground swamp and he drops, razor blade, dredging staff, and a guardian shell. He can be summoned with a spiked fossil.

by the time im watching i started a normal diff HARDCORE mage playtrough and i got to deep caves, so far past void wizard i defeated all the pre deep bosses first try ever
Good luck with your hardcore playthrough. If you want an insane challenge maybe try hardcore on brutal difficulty... you would definitely need a lot of time to complete that. I don't think I would ever try it.
i stacked a few TNT boxes, and spawned boss and pulled the lever and it was over in an instant.

I used the Lightning Hammer. Because the boss is made of multiple sections and the lightning attack pierces through everything I could hit multiple sections doing multiple instances of damage and I beat it really fast. Only on normal because it's my first play but I got the achievement for killing a boss in under 30 seconds.

This guy was tough for me also! Def need to work on my movements more!
yeah he was very difficult... didn't help that i just switched to brutal for this fight but a least i found out you can use traps to inflict elemental damage and such on the bosses. :)

Well that was... Easy! XD Definitely much harder on the brutal difficulty but I would not have looked into alternative ways to deal damage if I stayed on normal. plus just all around more fun. until next time keep having fun everyone! :)
Also for most of the traps they attacked once and did around 30 damage but the flame traps could hit multiple parts of him and burn multiple parts of him for a while... So potential for more damage from the flame traps.
How do you have four summons?
I get two extra summon slots because of my armor bonuses and I have the Mesmer tablet found in the dungeon chest which give an extra summon as well. :)

Quartz armor with the quartz crown as headpiece... get 1 summon from crown and one for set bonus if your wearing the crown
