I'm really interested in seeing the raise in RAMDISK and RAMCACHE and how that will take place. Will we see a mix of volatile and non-volatile chips on the same memory stick or will things go the way Intel is proposing where you have an NVME drive with a RAMCACHE on the drive.

Can several transistor share a capacitor or larger capacitor
Capacitor is bit storage and transistor is accessing switch. No point to have multiple switches to single bit.
