Great kids with loads of talent, but talent has to come to fruition. Guys who play real minutes in the NBA shoot those shots like it’s just second nature. Not seeing that here.
@@isaacmartel6059 I said it as motivation. Jared is a work horse, and he will prove doubters wrong. These guys live on social media, they just need a nudge to propel them even further.
Duke's guard play needs to improve a ton from last year if they're going to compete in the Tourney. Tennessee served a beatdown mostly because of guard play. Duke will probably win the acc by default.
Tennessee won cuz one guy couldn't miss a shot in the 2nd half and thats not a overexaggeration. Jeremy Roach definitely forced shots up cuz he was the guy but Proctor was our MVP.

They overplayed him... so driving to the basket was relatively simple. It was a part of Tennessee's plan. Make Proctor beat us. Tennessee also won because their center had free reign in the middle near the free throw line. Duke allowed him to shoot the mid-range shot. Scheyer went to a 2-3 zone and that gave the guy even more free reign. It was a high schoolish move. Everyone.. and I mean everyone... knows that you don't use a 2-3 zone against a hot shooting team. Especially a player like their center. That zone clears out the middle. It's the weakness of that zone. Game over. Scheyer got outcoached big-time.
@@hansgordy yeah I would expect a 1st year HC get outcoached by one of the greatest to do it in Rick Barnes 😂. Dariq Whitehead still got his, Lively was a lob threat honestly it was Roach. Towards the end of the game he would just drive into the lane with 2 defenders in there and force up a shot. Proctor was our MVP cuz he was the only one hitting shots. It won't be like that this year tho, we got shooters on our team so teams can't pack the paint.

Proctors shot is flat. No arc…. McCain has more arc/better follow thru.
Proctor got better flick and follow through and momentum than Jared. Also more fluid over all as his arm isn’t to rigid down the middle like jared
