The secret grade is the name of this puzzle (I guess you could call it puzzle) of making a block staircase, this comes from the Tetris The Grandmaster series, in that games the more points you get the higher your Grade is at the end of a run (is more complicated but it's basically that), so once the player reaches the maximum Grade they need to do this staircase thing to unlock the Secret Grade, now is common in other Tetris games to have an achievement for when you do a Secret Grade, in Tetrio for example the achievement appears in your profile so everyone can see it.

I can explain the second one. Basically, you can place blocks over the theoretical frame, as long as part of that block stays in that theoretical frame. As you can see above the play field, there's a line. You can place blocks over that line as long as some part of that block is underneath the line. You can't just place blocks completely over the line or it will top out.
almost every content tetrio related has little views, the tetrio cup which is the world cup usually reaches like 30k views or less in it's grandfinals (and those include plays several times better than this video)

To get a replay you have to clear the last line on 40 lines while keeping the pattern intact to get the replay
